We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Customised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

To initiate a return, email info@secretsocietystudio.co with your order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt.

Secret Society Studio offers customised and made-to-order items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. Please ensure all customisations are confirmed before placing your order.
